Here's how you can ensure you get the sandwich you want by using some of these phrases.

Type of bread

When you order a sandwich you will usually be asked to choose the type of bread you would like to order. For example: You could order 途ye bread? 努hite bread or 努heat bread?

Seller: 展ould you like to place an order?廿br>Jane: 溺ay I have one pastrami sub on white bread please?

Or you can also say

Jane: 溺ay I have one pastrami sub please?廿br>Seller: 鉄ure, what kind of bread would you like?廿br>Jane: 展hite bread please.

Excluding ingredients

These days, sandwiches come with many ingredients. If there is an ingredient that you don稚 want you can ask the server to exclude that ingredient. For example: Jane she doesn稚 like lettuce.

Seller: 展hat would you like to order?廿br>Jane: 的値l have one Pastrami sub on white bread please.廿br>Seller: 鉄ure.廿br>Jane: 撤lease hold the lettuce.

You can use the word 塗old with other ingredients too. For example: 塗old the tomato?

Including ingredients

You can also ask the server to add ingredients such as 田heese? 鍍omato or 杜eat? to your sandwich. You can also ask the server to add sauces such as 杜ayonnaise or 澱arbeque?

Jane: 溺ay I have one cheese sub with extra mayonnaise please.

Or you can also say...

Jane: 鼎an you add tomatoes to my cheese sandwich please.
